Since 2015, ACE Cabinet Design has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted name for custom made cabinets in Malaysia. Over the years, we have built our brand reputation through fine workmanship, reliable service, and personalised cabinetry solutions for different property types. To date, ACE has built more than 10,000 cabinet sets, helping homeowners create practical, beautiful, and healthier living spaces.
From kitchen cabinets and wardrobes to TV cabinets, bathroom cabinets, storage cabinets, aluminium cabinets, and other custom built in furniture, every project is tailored to the homeowner’s space, lifestyle, storage needs, and budget. As one of the pioneers in launching eco-friendly cabinet materials in Malaysia, especially Super E0 melamine boards, we continue to support healthier home living through safer material choices such as HVEA Board and ACE Ultra Ply.

Our Milestones
2015
ACE Kitchen Cabinet started as a start-up with its own factory, focusing on the production of kitchen cabinets.
2018
We reached a new milestone as ACE Reno & Furniture, diversifying our carpentry services and material options.
2019
We launched our first showroom in Bangi, created to showcase our workmanship, product quality, and cabinet design solutions.
2021
ACE Cabinet Design completed a successful rebranding in the post-pandemic era, with a stronger focus on sustainability. While quality remained at the heart of our services, we expanded our material options with the launch of eco-friendly E1 melamine boards.
2022
We launched our Balakong showroom as an eco-friendly showroom, designed to showcase our cabinetry solutions while raising awareness of healthier and more sustainable material choices.
2023
Alongside the grand opening of our Semenyih showroom, ACE Cabinet Design became the first company in Malaysia to launch Super E0 melamine boards, strengthening our position as an eco-friendly cabinetry specialist.
2024
We expanded our showroom presence to Kota Warisan and introduced Shaker and Luxe doors with over 150 colour options. This expansion reflects our commitment to providing more diverse, stylish, and customisable home solutions.
2026
ACE Cabinet Design was recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records for the most Super E0 cabinets installed in 2024. This achievement proves that large-scale eco-conscious cabinetry can be delivered with precision, consistency, and reliability. In the same year, we also introduced two ultra-low formaldehyde materials, HVEA Board and ACE Ultra Ply.

Inside Our Custom Cabinet Factory
As a direct factory, ACE Cabinet Design manages key production stages in house to maintain better control over material selection, workmanship, and production quality.
Each project begins with material checking and preparation to ensure the right board quality, colour consistency, and material suitability. Our CNC cutting machines support accurate cutting for better cabinet fitting, while our PUR edging machines help achieve stronger edge bonding, cleaner finishing, and improved durability.
Before delivery, cabinet components are checked for measurement accuracy, edging quality, workmanship, and finishing details. For cabinets that require on-site assembly or fitting, our installation team completes the work at the customer’s home based on the confirmed design and site measurements.
Through a systematic production workflow, advanced cabinet making machines, and proper installation process, ACE Cabinet Design is able to deliver custom cabinets with consistent quality and reliable workmanship.
